  • On July 29, .Saturday, three young people from Hong Kong went to Cambodia : Bonnie, Yim Wah and Nelson will be there for two weeks and three weeks. This is their third time. They will help to do some of the office work, update the records and filing, teach English, teach basic music theory and how to play the keyboard.
  • On the same day Rebecca Chung went to Cambodia as VISA for 11 months. This is also an internship arranged by the Seminary. Before studying in the seminary, Rebecca was a senior nurse working in the Intensive Care Unit in the hospital. She is a member in one of our churches and is considering to be a career missionary nurse. Please pray that God will show her the way.

Hello! Pastor Polly. This is the third day we are in Cambodia.

Vibol can go to House of Love and Church again
There is a good news. Vibol can go to House of Love and Church again. We went to visit the guardian of Vibol. Yim Wah had visited his home last year and the old man was very happy too see Yim Wah. again. He has agreed to let Vibol to come to church and House of Love.again.

Baby was sold
As you remember, there is a woman has serious heart disease and a baby needs help during our mission team in April this year. That baby is in Svay Pro Teal and is feeding on sugar water only. A brother in Hong Kong has promised to help to buy milk for this baby. But when we went to visit the baby last Sunday, we discovered that the baby was sold. Pastor Pol was very sad. Please pray for the baby. May the Heavenly Father hold him safe in His hands.

Flood
Flooding this year is very serious. Many rice fields are flooded and it is almost harvest time. It will make life more difficulty and miserable, especially in the village Svay Pro Teal. The Mission and Prek Thei Church have brought rice and will distribute to the Christians and people in Svay Pro Teal. The living of the people is not easy. Disease & food are also their main concern. Please pray for them.

Pray for us
Please also pray for Rebecca, Yim Wah, Bonnie and me. We have a deeper and more personal experience in this trip. We will share and pray for each other in the evening. But it also gives Yim Wah and me a deeper reflection for our life and missionary calling.

May God bless the church people and the people in Cambodia.

In Him
Nelson
