- For an honest and qualified general contractor to supervise the construction of this Ministry
Center. We need a person who speaks the Khmer language, who understands how construction projects are successfully completed in Cambodia, the way permits and licenses are obtained, and how the system works. The only way this general contractor will be found is if God supplies him... in other words a miracle.
- For the filling of the land
The filling of the land is going on now. We need to finish this before the rainy season in June.
- For fencing of the land
We need to build a fence on the land to protect it. A fence is very important for security.
- For the provision of the rest of the funds
We need US$20,000 to complete the payment by the end of May 2002. We need $25,000 for filling the 2 hectares of property. The fence will cost $20,000.00.
- For the legal process
Pray that Jesus leads the way in getting building permits and licenses from the different government departments.
- For wisdom and discernment both for our missionaries and for our national leaders in checking the filling of the land, in processing the legal documents, in finding an honest agent and contractor, etc.
- For protection for the land and missionaries, especially every time Pastor Paula needs to draw a large amount of money from the bank. We hear of many robberies in the city even
in the day time. Pray for God's protection.
- For the Glory of Jesus
Pray that the building workers working on this land, the agents, contractors and people around will see the righteous and holy Jesus in this land. Pray that they
will see Jesus is the awesome God and that this land belongs to Jesus, so that no one will dare to cheat us or to take advantage of us in the building process and legal process.
