We signed the sale agreement and paid the deposit on January 30, 2002. We need to pay US$55,000 in February and then the rest by the end of May. You can see some of the pictures of the land.

We are thankful that God has brought the VISA (Volunteer In Service Abroad) Rod and Dianna Samuelson to Cambodia during this period of time -- the purchase of the land and signing the agreement and all kinds of legal procedure at different government departments. They are very helpful and supportive to our missionary Paula. They have gone to seek advice of a lawyer and Evangelical Fellowship of Cambodia about the land and the right way to do it. Paula has talked with the missionaries of the Wesleyan church and can learn from their experience, because we are not familiar with the law. Moreover, there is not much consistency among the government departments. Please pray for wisdom for Paula and our missionaries in handling all the procedure.
