Reunion of team members on May 7

Praise the Lord for healing
Do you remember the prayer request for Kitty's mother? Before Kitty went to Cambodia, her mother was sent to the hospital, suspecting of having lung cancer. But now the doctor is very surprised to see the speedy recovery and the X-ray of the lungs is very clear. He told Kitty that he could not explain why it was like this. But, we know the reason. IT IS THE HEALING OF THE LORD. Thank you for your prayer.

Letters and drawings from the children
Some of the children in Cambodia had sent letters and drawing for some of the team members. These letters were sweeter than honey and precious than gold. Sweet memories were recalled back, lovely and laughing faces were brought to mind.
Although the faces, hands and nails of these children are black with dirts, lice in their hair, dirty and shabby clothes, bared-footed, their smiling faces, their praises and songs to the Lord, their simple prayers, their sincere trust in the Lord, their eagerness to learn the Bible stories, are the most beautiful on earth. We come to understand why Jesus said, "unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven."

Sharing of the Lord's grace
Some of the team members shared how they missed the days in Cambodia, though the life there was comparatively primitive than that in Hong Kong. They enjoyed the simplicity of life, and trust in the Lord in those days, and the beautiful nature in Cambodia. They can meet God face to face in the quiet time reading the Bible and prayer, and through the day. "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God."
They also understand why Jesus said, "We must work the works of him who sent me, while it is day; night comes, when no one can work." because there is no electricity in Jesus' time and in the villages in Cambodia.
Their eyes and hearts are enlightened to see the grace of the Lord, how comfortable they are in Hong Kong. It is time for them to work.

Watching video and photos
The most precious and exciting part is watching video and photos. They were busy in marking down which photos they wanted to duplicate. They were also very excited to share of the fun, the insight and the testimony of the Christians in Cambodia.

The spiritual lives of the team members are enriched and renewed. Their vision and hearts are broadened. They all promised to live for Jesus.
