The APFMMA Office is located in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Free Methodist Church (HKFMC) is very generous and kind to let APFMMA use their office free of charge, including all the facilities and the work team of the Missions Board, Miss Jackeline Lee and Mr. Nelson Chan. 

APFMMA has only a one-third time staff, that is, the Executive Director Rev. Polly Ho. Rev. Polly Ho is one of the pastors of the HKFMC. She is also the Senior Pastor of Yan On FMC as well as the Missions Director of the whole denomination. The HK FMC is kind enough to release her to use one third of her office time for APFMMA ministry. 

Miss Christina Chan and Miss Jacko Cheung are the staff of the Mission Board of the HKFMC. They are the assistants to the Missions Director of HKFMC, Rev. Polly Ho.
