Davis is a member of the Kwai Chung Free Methodist Church in Hong Kong.  After working 13 years in the Housing Department of the Hong Kong Government, Davis served in the Hong Kong Free Methodist Conference as Executive Secretary for a few years.  In 1999 he went to Australia for a two-year MBA course.  In January 2001, Davis served as the Executive Secretary for the Hong Kong Conference again, and took the two-year Diploma course at the China Graduate School of Theology.  He joined the missionary team in Cambodia in December 2003.  He serves as Project Manager of the Phnom Penh Ministry Center, including the supervision of the construction work and training of staff.  Davis also supervises the community development projects.
