Dear Praying Friends of Joel and Grace,

We recently received this word from Polly Ho (executive director of the Asia Pacific Free Methodist Missions Association):

Joel & Grace Margin went back to the Philippines for physical exams in late November through mid Dec.  Joel is now feeling better and isn't dizzy anymore.  Grace still has pain from cysts in her breast.  Doctor gave her some pain reliever pills.
While they were in the Philippines, they visited Joel's parents, who were in good condition. They were happy together. However, on Wednesday evening Dec. 27th, Joel received a phone call from the Philippines that his mother had passed away!
It was quite a shock to Joel & Grace, and they are very sad about this. They decided to go back for the funeral and left on Dec. 30.
Please pray for the comfort of the Holy Spirit upon them.
Pray for traveling mercies.
Pray for the provision for the expenses, as they have just used their money on the "medical trip" back to the Philippines recently.
