Dear brothers and sisters:
" I will not leave you as orphans, I will come to you." ( John 14:18)
Summer Camp
Last week, there were about 150 young people attended our every other two years Youth Camp at Prek Thei Church. The Theme of this year was "You are not alone!" The leaders of the Camp borrowed the Lap Top Computer and projector, although the electric supply is unstable in the village, but it does show the high technology performance to the congregation that is new to the youth in the village, but people also admire the second generation in Cambodia.
I give thanks to God that for those who serve the Lord wholeheartedly, it is far better than two years ago that only the Chairman and few people help the work. Last night, the prayer meeting at Phnom Penh, an university student (three or four years ago I nurtured him) shares that he wants to return to God. The sharing makes me so rejoicing.
" .... Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes." (Eph. 6:10-11)
The Satan takes hold the opportunity to disturb us. Mark, the Chairman of the Camp, his sister feels stomach ache in the second day, the doctor doesn't find out any physical problem and any ill symptom. After this, we find out some symptom of demon procession in her. Mark shares his worry that he is busy serving in the camp, but his sister fighting tremendously with the devil at home. We praise to our heavenly father to remind him that is the evil trick of the devil. So, he decides to stay in his work, and asks his twin brother Phillip to return home caring his sister with their mother. Their mother has no complaint at all.
Please pray for Mark's sister Pearl, may the Lord help the young soul can grow with a strong faith in him. She enrolls to attend the camp quite early. It is too bad that she only stays in the camp for one day. Two years ago, in our Medical Mission Team, she already had demand processed. The devils flattering to take her life in these two times, this makes her family worry a lot. We praise the Lord that her mother accepted Jesus at the Adult Camp in April, but she is busy on Sunday that she cannot attend our Church worship. Please pray to the Lord to strengthen her faith.

Kaoh Khsachtulea East "Lake Stream"
Recently, the Church of Kaoh Khsachtulea East together with House of Joy plan a "Love Feast", the brothers and sisters decide to have a "Lake Stream" meal. It is a local native food, we grind the rice into rice paste and fry it as a thin pancake, and then we put together the beams sprout, cooked ground meat, vegetable and herb to eat. The food doesn't cost a lot of money but takes a lot of work. Each thin pancake takes 3 to 4 minutes to fry that doesn't not including the preparation work.
At that day, the children of the House of Joy pick the tree leaves and branches, they also bring along the herbs for eating. The pastor first builds seven stools with brick to cook. The whole ground feel with joy. The ladies sweat completely when they cook the "Lake Stream" meal. While they are cooking, the children clean up the classroom. Finally they put the powder on their face to make a blessing to one another. The activities of a local church always have meals, but if every body put their effort to serve harmony that is worthwhile, this also brings a joyful and unforgettable memory to all of them.
Thanks giving:
1. Our heavenly father watches me constantly with protection.
2. In April, the Adult Camp and the Youth Camp work out successfully.
3. The illness of student DaRoth is more stable than before.
4. During Chinese New Year, I arranged my father to live in an Aged Home that is near my house, so that my mother can conveniently visit him daily.
